Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing cooperative project agreement with University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/18, Item #19), for the continued provision of a substance use disorder workforce development plan, by increasing the price limitation by $285,000 from $1,229,435 to $1,514,435 and by extending the completion date from March 14, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
