Description

Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to enter into an agreement with Kapsch TrafficCom IVHS, McLean, VA, under a best-value procurement undertaken by the E-ZPass Group to provide E-ZPass related equipment for the Turnpike System. Effective upon G&C approval through December 12, 2028, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. 100% Turnpike Funds.
