Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic and Housing Stability, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc., Ramsey, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #77), to add funding to support system enhancements and upgrades as needed by DHHS, that were not included in the prior action, by increasing the price limitation by $198,849 from $481,151 to $680,000, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds.
