Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to award a grant to the City of Laconia in the amount of $170,000, on behalf of the Laconia Area Community Land Trust, Inc., d/b/a Lakes Region Community Developers to support their acquisition and rehabilitation project located at 11 Jameson Street, Laconia, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period effective February 22, 2023 through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
