Description
Authorize the Division of Economic Development to enter into a contract with Consolidated Enterprise Services, Inc. (CCI), Mattoon, IL in the amount of $40,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act Capital Project Fund for the buildout of broadband services to the unserved and underserved addresses identified in the RFP proposal submitted by CCI. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds.
