Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Instructional Support, to enter into a sole source contract with WestEd, San Francisco, CA, in the amount of $1,180,095, to support NH public and public chartered schools that have been identified for Targeted Support and Improvement, and for Comprehensive Support and Improvement. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
