Description

Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Pre-Disaster Mitigation Congressional Community Project funds in the amount of $439,258 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for Emergency Generator Replacements in the Town of Durham. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 17, 2023.
