Authorize the Office of the Commissioner to accept and expend State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program funds in the amount of $2,378,761 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for cybersecurity enhancements. (2) Further authorize to establish Class 046 – Consultants for the purpose of supporting the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 17, 2023.
