Description
Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $5,000,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 State Fiscal Recovery Funds for the purpose of subgranting funds to existing subgrantees to address the increased need for victim services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 17, 2023.
