Authorize to amend a Fiscal Item (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #137), by transferring funds in the amount of $55,000 between classes from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 State Fiscal Recovery Funds for the purpose of paying class 039, Telecommunications, and class 042, Additional Fringe Benefits. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 17, 2023.
