Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Tri State Generators LLC, Brentwood, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #82), for generator maintenance services, to add eight existing generators to the contract, with no change to the price limitation. Effective upon G&C approval for the period December 1, 2022 through August 31, 2025.
