Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with Amoskeag Health, Manchester, NH, in the amount of $930,000, for Child Development Services to children from birth through age six, and their families who the Department has determined are suspected of or are at-risk for altered or delayed developmental progress, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. 25% Federal Funds, 75% General Funds.
