Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated January 26, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $6,880.80, for transportation services to support older adult and disabled individuals statewide, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. 51% Federal Funds, 49% General Funds.
