Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Center for Policy Research, Denver, CO (originally approved by G&C on 1/12/22, Item #21), to provide a representative to testify to the review of and recommendations for the NH Child Support Guidelines if requested by the State Legislature, by exercising a contract renewal option with no change to the price limitation of $136,478, and extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 66% Federal Funds, 34% General Funds.
