Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, in an amount not to exceed $353,209, to provide Rapid Re-Housing programs, which deliver rental assistance and supportive services to youth, ages eighteen to twenty-four, who are experiencing homelessness, or are at imminent risk of homelessness, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2022 through October 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
