Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, in the amount of $234,308 for a host homes project, a short-term community and volunteer-based response to youth homelessness, as part of the Balance of State Continuum of Care specifically targeting youth eighteen through twenty-four years of age in Strafford and Merrimack Counties, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2022 through October 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
