Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with CDM Smith Inc., Manchester, NH, for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000, for Intelligent Transportation System Services for various transportation projects located throughout the State, over a three-year term. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2026.
