Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,169,415, for removal and replacement of overhead sign structure on Rockingham Park Boulevard in Salem. . (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $58,470.75, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 8, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
