Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., Auburn, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/6/17, Item #10), for Part B2 preliminary and final design of improvements to the Craftsman Lane/Boston Post Road and NH 101A, from Boston Post Road to Continental Boulevard intersections in the Town of Merrimack, by extending the completion date from the previously amended date of December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. Time extension only, no additional funding.
