Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with Thronton Tomasetti, Inc., Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 2/5/20, Item #19), for engineering, environmental and public outreach services, to rehabilitate the bridge carrying NH 49 over Mad River in the Town of Thornton, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023. (2) Further authorize to increase the total amount payable under this agreement by $38,414. From $302,900 to $341,314. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (SB367).
