Authorize to enter into an agreement with Merrimack County Nursing Home, Boscawen, NH, in the amount of $446,139 in American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds as part of the County Nursing Home Infrastructure Program, which provides funds for capital investments to help mitigate and prevent the spread of future COVID-19 outbreaks in county nursing facilities, ensure facilitates are safe for residents and their families, and help fund facility improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
