Description
Authorize the Division of Economic Development to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 1/26/22, Item #78), by extending the end date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023, to align with the Federal grant needed to accommodate from the US Department of Commerce, Economics Statewide Planning, Research and Networks grant program. Effective upon G&C approval. No increase in funding is requested at this time. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on January 27, 2023.
