Authorize to accept and expend $1,334,717 in Federal Funds from the United States Environmental Protection Agency to fund investments in wastewater infrastructure through New Hampshire’s Clean Water Revolving Fund Program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. (2) Further authorize to establish one full time temporary position, Business Admin II, which will administer short and long term objectives for the NHDES Clean Waters programs and public water systems statewide. 96.93% Federal Funds, 3.07% Match Funds.
