Description
Authorize to amend Fiscal Request Item #22-232 (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #107), to authorize NHDES to establish one additional full time temporary position, Accountant IV, which is needed to fully implement two NHDES programs that assist communities and individuals impacted by Per – and Polyfluoralkyl Substances (PFAS) contamination – the PFAS Remediation Loan Fund and the PFAS Rebate Program. This is a no cost amendment.
