Authorize the Division of Learner Support to enter into a sole source Memorandum of Understanding with Fort Scott Community College, Fort Scott, KS, in an amount of $18,500, to provide technical assistance and support services to assist in the Identification and Recruitment Consortium (IDRC) Consortium Incentive Grant. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
