Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with WB Mason Co., Inc., Brockton, MA, for commercial office furniture manufactured by Allsteel Inc. to increase the price limitation by $1,400,000 from $600,000 to $2,000,000 and by extending the expiration date for the period October 31, 2022 through October 31, 2023, with the option to extend for up to one additional year. Effective upon G&C approval.
