Description

Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way’s petition for a hearing on the Troy 40370 project, the proposed replacement of the existing Red List concrete rigid-frame bridge that carries NH 12 over the South Branch Ashuelot River. (2) Further authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way’s petition for a hearing on the Troy 40371 project that will rehabilitate the existing Red List bridge that carries NH 12 over NHRR, the NH 12 road improvements will include approximately 700 feet of roadway reconstruction and include side road tie-in improvements. A Commission of Three persons should be appointed by the Governor and Council to hold a hearing, and shall determine whether there is occasion for the layout required to address both red list bridges and make necessary improvements to the roadway approaches for Project 40370 and Project 40371, with a suggested budget of $710.
