Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendments to existing agreements with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated December 27, 2022 to continue providing Crisis Respite Shelter Services to Individuals with Opioid and/or Stimulant Use Disorder, by increasing the total price limitation by $2,869,813 from $8,608,500 to $11,478,313 and by extending the completion date from September 29, 2022 to September 29, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
