Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with New Hampshire Children’s Trust, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #41), for the ongoing support of Family Resource Centers across the state to receive the “Family Resource Center of Quality” designation to achieve national standards, assist youth and families involved with the Juvenile Justice system, further support the Kinship Navigator Program, provide training to community-based providers of family support services, and to continue addressing health disparities across the state by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $2,991,422 from $4,733,465 to $7,724,887, and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 52.36% Federal Funds, 47.64% General Funds.
