Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated December 5, 2022 (originally approved by G&C on 2/20/19, Item #23) to add funding to support community based services and anti-poverty programs through the Community Services Block Grant by increasing the total price limitation by $3,466,725 from $21,048,850 to $24,515,575, with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2023. Effective retroactive to October 1, 2022 upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
