Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance and Bureau of Right-of-Way to pay a property owner $45,000 as documented in the Contemplated Awards list detailed in the letter dated December 28, 2022, for amounts greater than $5,000, for the period extending from November 29, 2022 through December 5, 2022, for damage to groundwater drinking water supply, due to road salt contamination from highway maintenance activities. Effective upon G&C approval.
