Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries, Inc., Dracut, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $3,667,493.20 for pavement resurfacing on NH Rt. 125 in Plaistow, Lee and Barrington in District 6. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $183,374.66, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
