Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment of a contract with River Consulting Group, Inc., Clayton, GA (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #44), which provides consulting services to the Department regarding regulated utility management audits, by extending the completion date from December 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding is requested. 100% Utility Assessment.
