Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with New England Coastal Realty, Inc., d/b/a Keller Williams Coastal Realty, Portsmouth, NH, to provide real estate brokerage, marketing, and consulting services to the NHLC with regard to the proposed redevelopment of the Interstate 95 liquor store rest area properties in Hampton, NH and the contemplated sale of a significant portion thereof. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of January 23, 2023 through January 22, 2025, with an option to extend for an additional 24 months. 100% Liquor Funds.
