Description
Authorize the Division of Economic Development to enter into a retroactive amendment with an existing contract with Arnett Development Group, LLC, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/27/21, Item #76), for continued technical assistance and capacity building support by extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to February 28, 2023, with no change to the price limitation. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
