Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Durham, in the amount not to exceed $246,750, for the Littlehale Creek at Madbury Road Culvert project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Durham, in an amount not to exceed $575,750, to finance the Littlehale Creek at Madbury Road Culvert project under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
