Description
Authorize to award a grant to the City of Portsmouth, in the amount not to exceed $519,500, for the Fleet Street Roadway Reconstruction Phase 1 project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the City of Portsmouth, in an amount not to exceed $1,680,500, to finance the Fleet Street Roadway Reconstruction Phase 1 project under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
