Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Wolfeboro, in the amount not to exceed $199,087, for the Port Wedeln Stromwater Improvements project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 15, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Wolfeboro, in an amount not to exceed $231,203, to finance the Port Wedeln Stromwater Improvements project under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
