Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with ENE Systems of NH, Inc., Bow, NH, for HVAC preventative maintenance and repair services by extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023, with the option to extend for up to one-additional year with no change to the price limitation. Effective upon G&C approval.
