Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Piedmont Excavation & Septic, LLC, Epsom, NH, by increasing the price limitation by $152,650 from $208,350 to $361,000 for snowplowing services at five State agencies, add one additional State agency, and adjust pricing to reflect a specification change at another State agency. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2024.
