Description
Authorize to amend a contract with the Community Development Finance Authority, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/14/10, Item #9), to operate existing revolving loan funds and loan loss reserves which support a program known as Better Buildings under the terms of an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act – Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Retrofit Ramp-up Program (Retrofit Ramp-up) award from the US Department of Energy, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. Time extension only, no additional funding. 100% Federal Funds.
