Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing agreement with the Supreme Court of the State of New Hampshire, through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AoC), Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, Item #19), to add funding on the basis of time study recalculations and to remove all references to Marital Masters, by increasing the price limitation by $630,000 from $3,328,688, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2024. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2022, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
