Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 1.6+/-acres of State-owned land situated on the northerly side of NH Route 140 in the Town of Gilmanton, NH, identified as Tax Map 414, Lot 9-1. The sale will be directed to Brian Lamarsh and Mark Hinkley, who have agreed to purchase the land for $27,000. The Department will assess an administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
