Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research and Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/2/20, Item #21), for reallocation of funds for benefits and salary coverage, by decreasing the price limitation by $72,552 from $1,468,522 from $1,395,970, with no change to the contract completion date of February 28, 2024. Effective January 31, 2023 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 52% Federal Funds, 48% General Funds.
