Authorize to amend existing contracts with the two vendors as detailed in the letter dated October 21, 2022, for reimbursement payments of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program by increasing the price limitation by $30,000 from $937,300 to $967,300, and extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
