Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Harbor Homes, Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/23/22, Item #33), to continue providing Facilitating Organization services and program support for Recovery Community Organizations and Recovery Centers, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $4,200,000 from $4,200,000 to $8,400,000 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 71% Federal Funds, 19% General Funds, 10% Other Funds (Governor Commission).
