Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 0.40+/- of State-owned vacant land situated on the northerly side of Northeastern Boulevard in the Town of Salem, County of Rockingham. The sale will be directly to Brooks Properties LLC, who have agreed to purchase the land for $107,500 and the Department will assess an administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
