Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source amendment to an existing contract with Bi-State Primary Care Association, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/6/19, Item #10), to facilitate certain providers to deliver integrated medication treatment for pregnant, postpartum and parenting women, by increasing the price limitation by $895,000 from $2,151,692 to $3,046,692 and by extending the completion date from September 29, 2022 to September 29, 2023. Effective retroactive to September 29, 2022, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
