Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $3,235,436.50, for pavement preservation on five sections in six towns (Wakefield, Ossipee, Tamworth, Albany, Madison and Conway) in District 3. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $161,771.83 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 22, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
