Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services, to enter into a contract with Accuity Asset Verification Services, Inc., Wilmington, DE, in the amount of $1,194,820 for electronic asset verification services to verify the reporting of assets by aged, blind or disabled applicants for, and recipients of Medicaid. Effective upon G&C approval for the period January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Health and Human Services to reimburse DoIT is 50% Federal Funds, 50% General Funds.
